Information We Collect:
When you interact with us through the Service, we may collect Personal Information and other information from you as follows:
Personal Information: Personal Information is information that identifies you, like your full name or email address, or a combination of several pieces of information which couldn’t identify you on their own but which might identify you when combined together, like a portion of your name, the name of the street where you live and your age. We collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it to us through the Service, such as when you register for an account to order Products or respond to one of our surveys.
When you register for an account with SpoonfulOne to order Products through the Service, we will ask you to set up a password for your account and provide us with your full name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address(es) and your payment information, which will be used and processed by our service provider(s) (see section titled “Disclosure of Your Information” below). We will also ask for the first name of the child for whom you are ordering Products, and the child’s birth month and year.
IP Addresses; Device IDs: When you visit the Site, we or our service providers may also collect your IP address (the Internet address of your computer). We may use IP addresses for various purposes, including to analyze and report upon visits to and usage of the Service; to diagnose and prevent service or technology problems affecting the Service; and to monitor and prevent fraud and abuse. If you access the Service on a mobile device, we or our service providers may also collect the device type and identification number and request access to settings information for similar purposes. By visiting or using the Service, you are consenting to the collection of IP addresses and device identifiers.
Non-Personal Information: When you interact with SpoonfulOne through the Service, we use various technologies to passively collect information from you that that, on its own, does not identify you personally. SpoonfulOne may collect and store this information, or this information may be collected by and included in databases owned and maintained by our agents or service providers. No Personal Information is used in this process. If we combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, we will treat the combination like Personal Information.
Examples of the technologies used to collect this information include "cookies" and “web beacons.” A cookie is a piece of information that the Service gives to your browser when you visit the Site or access the Service. A web beacon may be embedded in the Site’s pages or in emails from us, and will communicate information from your browser to us. These technologies help us provide additional functionality on the Service, analyze how visitors and users use the Service, measure Site traffic and related browsing behavior and improve visitors’ and users’ experiences when using the Service.
For example, we may set a cookie on your browser to help us identify you so that you only have to enter a password once during a visit to the Service, or we may use information collected through cookies and web beacons and combine it with other analytics information to track our visitors’ browser software and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers, or to help us understand how visitors are directed to the Service and which content or products displayed on the Service are of the greatest interest to visitors to and users of the Service. On most browser toolbars, you will find information about how to be notified when you receive a new cookie or web beacon and how to turn cookies or web beacons off. If you turn these technologies off, you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Site’s features.
Aggregated Information: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Service, SpoonfulOne often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Information and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and SpoonfulOne may share this aggregated information with its agents and business partners. This aggregated information does not identify you personally. SpoonfulOne may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe the Service to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Use of Your Personal Information and Other Information:
We will use the Personal Information you give us for the reason that you provided it to us. For example, if you give us Personal Information to obtain access to the Service as a registered user, we will use your Personal Information to give you access to the Service and to facilitate your use of Service features. We will use your shipping address to send you Products that you have ordered through the Service. If you contact us by email for a customer service matter, we will use the information you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem.
SpoonfulOne may also use your Personal Information and other information (including Non-Personal Information collected from you) to help us improve the content and functionality of the Service; to better understand our users and improve the Service; and to contact you in the future to tell you about Products, features of the Service or other services we believe may be of interest to you. If we use your information to send you marketing communications via email, each email will contain instructions permitting you to "opt out" of receiving future marketing communications from us. If at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.
