Squash Carrot Mango Pineapple Puree

Yield: 6 servings



3 cups frozen butternut squash
2 cups frozen carrots
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
6 scoops SpoonfulONE Mix-ins



  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add frozen squash and carrots and cook for about 2 minutes, or until tender, drain.
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. Divide the puree between 6, 4 ounce jars with lids, refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Enjoy!
