Cinnamon and Banana Waffles

INGREDIENTS

 

  • ⅓ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. mashed banana or pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 SpoonfulONE Mix-in packet

           

          DIRECTIONS

          1. Preheat waffle iron.
          2. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl, until batter is free from most clumps. If batter is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons water to slightly thin out.
          3. Once waffle iron is heated, spray top and bottom of iron with non-stick cooking spray and add batter.
          4. When waffle iron goes off, transfer waffle to a plate to cool slightly. Break up into pieces for your little one.
          5. Enjoy immediately!
