At around the 11 to 12 month mark, you’ll start to notice your little one requesting through all types of cues their favorite snack. But with most commercially available snacks in the US void of any type of nutritional value, it can be difficult to find a delicious and healthy addition to their diet. That’s why we created SpoonfulONE Oat Crackers.

According to the newest USDA Guidelines, diet diversity is essential for babies and is a key early habit in lifelong, healthy eating. But we know that feeding a diverse set of foods every day to your growing toddler can be a challenge.

That’s why at SpoonfulONE it is our mission to make it easy and safe to feed diverse, common allergens every day. Designed to support consistent daily use, SpoonfulONE Oat Crackers are the perfect on-the-go snack that come in a variety of delicious flavors without any artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. Once your child reaches a year of age, you can easily substitute their puffs and cookies with something more meaningful, that will help train their tummy to all types of foods.

When Can My Baby Start Oat Crackers?

Typically, we recommend starting Oat Crackers around 12+ months. Crackers require more chewing, and your child must have more developed motor and oral skills. Some signs of this are they have practiced their pincer grasp, and use their jaw to munch on other foods.

However, all babies develop at a different rate so you should feel free to experiment within this range based on your baby's feeding preferences.

Choosing the Best Snacks for Toddlers

The best snacks for your baby should not only be easy and delicious to munch on, but also provide a complete nutritional addition to their diet.

Many of the toddler snacks you’ll find in the baby food aisle lack the nutritional content that children should be consuming at their age, and instead are filled with artificial ingredients and preservatives. Even more, very few of them contain the most common food allergens.

Helping your baby grow up accustomed to food as food requires consistent multi-food introduction from infancy through early childhood. Made from real, wholesome ingredients, SpoonfulONE’s delicious Oat Crackers make consistent diet diversity a long-term habit.

What Is In SpoonfulONE Oat Crackers?

Every SpoonfulONE product has a purpose: to help train your baby's growing tummy and immune system to see food allergens as food and not dangerous. Created by one of the world’s leading pediatric allergists and immunologists, the serving size of proteins found in every pack of SpoonfulONE is based on proprietary science and clinical research. Our founder, Dr. Kari Nadeau, discovered 30mg of every food protein was the right amount for safely training babies' tummy.

With every bite, your little one will be exposed to a spoonful of 16 foods — small, precise amounts of peanuts, milk, shellfish (shrimp), tree nuts (almond, cashew, hazelnut, pecan, pistachio, and walnut), egg, fish (cod and salmon), grains (wheat and oat), soy, and sesame.

Oat Crackers Serving Tips

Whenever your toddler is ready for a snack, SpoonfulONE Oat Crackers are the perfect solution. You can also combine them with other foods to turn them into a balanced meal. Here are some of our favorite options.
