Feeding your baby foods for the first time comes with a range of emotions; feeling excitement and anxiety all at once is totally normal. Know this: there is no such thing as perfect. There isn’t one perfect first food just as there isn’t one way to help transition to a diet of solids. There is, however, research from around the world to help guide you in the process.
